Terms & Conditions

The Customer shall bear all costs, fees  and charges incurred by any unlawful use of the bins. The Customer accepts all liability for any damage or loss to the bin and any other equipment supplied by G-Town Skips

The Customer shall NOT place in the bin any Prohibited Items. If any of the above items are placed in the bin G-Town Skips shall be entitled to charge

The Customer any extra charges incurred in the disposal of such items OR shall be entitled to return the bin to The Customer to remove such items within 24 hours in which case G-Town Skips shall be entitled to charge a daily rate until such items are removed.

1. The Customer shall not overload or allow items to protrude over the top of the bin. In such cases G-Town Skips shall be entitled to remove all excess at a cost to the customer, no matter how the bin became overloaded.
2. The Customer shall ensure that the bin is suitably secured and covered so as not to cause danger or damage or nuisance to other property or persons.
3. The Customer shall clearly advise G-Town Skips where the bin is to be placed and shall ensure that such position is free from any dangers or impediments.
4. The Customer shall ensure that G-Town Skips is aware of all hidden pipes, pits or underground services which may be damaged as a result of G-Town Skips placing the bin in the area designated by the customer.
   
   1. The Customer shall indemnify and keep indemnified G-Town Skips against:
   2. All claims, loss or damages which may be made against G-Town Skips in respect of any loss, damage or injury caused by or in the course of or arising out of the operation of the bin during all periods when the bin is on hire to the customer.
   3. All claims, loss or damages arising out of the customer's breach of conditions 1-5.
